Great food and comfortable rooms, plus a helpful tour service. Located in a safe area and is very clean throughout the building.
The lack of a lift made carrying heavy luggage difficult. the restaurant was a bit disappointing, and there were not many cozy places to relax and enjoy a drink.

Old Case, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Photography Museum Iskra is few steps away, restaurant is good. We liked staying at osnabruck. We used free parking on site.

Great spa and delicious food were some of the highlights of my stay in this hotel. The Turkish spa in the basement was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the historic sites in the area. The food served in the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day. the hotel's location in a cozy, old neighborhood made it an ideal choice for exploring the city.
While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the prices were a bit on the high side. the soundproofing could have been better as at times the noise from the street and other guests could be heard quite clearly.
